Parchment Paper will change your view of baking and clean up all together. All you have to do is place the parchment pan liner in the bottom of the bun pan. Then you place you dough or caramel apples right on the liner. You will be very happy with the out come and the difference in clean up. This is different from wax paper. Parchment can handle high amounts of heat.
