Boiled Eggs In The Pressure Cooker February 01, 2014 14:01

Another great use for your pressure cooker, AND a great way to make a lot of hard boiled eggs at once!

  • 12 whole eggs (in the shell)
  • 1 cup water

Place eggs in pressure cooker on trivet with water. Bring water to boil.

Place pressure lid on and bring to second ring. Pressure for 3-5 minutes. (3 minutes soft boiled, 5 minutes hard boiled) Let the pressure drop on its own.

Remove eggs and place in a bowl of ice water so they peel easily.
