  • 1 Lb Bulk Pork Sausage 
  • ½ Cup Chopped Onion 
  • 5 Cups Cubed Potatoes 
  • 1 Cup Monterey Jack Cheese, Shredded 
  • 2 Jalapeno Peppers, Chopped 
  • ½ Cup Red Pepper, Chopped 
  • ½ Cup Mushrooms, Chopped 
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream 
  • 2 tsp. Chipotle Base 
  • ¼ Cup Water 
  • 1 Tbsp Grill Shaker Roasted Garlic  
In the 3 in 1 on brown setting, cook sausage and onion until sausage is brown and onion is tender, breaking up the sausage. Drain. Combine sausage mixture, potatoes, cheese, jalapenos, red peppers, and mushrooms. 
 
Mix sour cream, chipotle, water, and roasted garlic and pour over potatoes and stir to combine. Set on low slow cook for 8-9 hours or high slow cook for 4 to 4 1/2 hours. Stir before serving. Top with more cheese.
