Loaded Hashbrowns

  • 1 Lb Pork Sausage
  • 1/2 C Chopped Onion
  • 5 Cups Cubed Potatoes
  • 1 Cup Monterey Jack Cheese, Shredded
  • 2 Jalapeno Peppers, Diced
  • 1/2 Cup Red Pepper, Diced
  • 1/2 Cup Mushrooms, Chopped
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 2 tsp Chipotle Base
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1 Tbs Grill Shaker Roasted Garlic Seasoning
In the Fagor 3 in 1 Multi Cooker, on brown setting, cook sausage and onion until sausage is browned and onion is tender, breaking up the sausage.  Drain.  Combine sausage mixture, potatoes, cheese, jalapenos, red peppers and mushrooms.

Mix sour cream, chipotle, water and roasted garlic seasoning.  Pour over potatoes and stir to combine.  Set 3 in 1 on low slow cook for 8-9 hours or high slow cook for 4 - 4 1/2 hours.  Stir before serving.  Top with more cheese.
